The following residential projects were acquired, renovated as needed, managed and finally sold by Broadacre Management Company resulting in above average returns to their investors:

Ivy Court Townhomes - Evanston, IL
A community of 30 luxury urban townhomes surrounding a private, landscaped courtyard.

6525 North Sheridan Road - Chicago, Illinois, a 156-unit apartment building acquired in 1974. Broadacre managed the property until undertaking its conversion to condominiums in 1986.

71 East Division Street - Chicago, Illinois, a 92-unit luxury apartment building acquired in 1976. Broadacre managed the property until its sale in 1986.

33 East Cedar Street - Chicago, Illinois, a 128-unit luxury apartment building acquired in 1976. Broadacre managed the property until its sale in 1985.

6171 North Sheridan Road - Chicago, Illinois, a 312-unit apartment building acquired in 1977. Broadacre managed the property until its sale in 1979.

Westminster Gardens - Lake Forest, IL
A 3 story, 12 unit luxury condominium development adjacent to the historic Market Square shopping center and Lake Forest's East Side historic district.
